Our company began in the village of Kochkor, where we strive to provide employment opportunities for the local population. Today, over 15 local people work with us as translators, horse guides, drivers, and yurt providers, helping to support the economy and provide sustainable livelihoods.

We also collaborate with local families and small businesses to ensure that the benefits of tourism are spread throughout the community. In addition to our tour operations, we support local charitable projects, sponsor students, and actively participate in environmental conservation efforts.
